Cellule Design® – Christmas card: Santa Claus, Case Study

Now it was time to look at the positioning and image of Santa Claus. A pop culture icon in a real identity crisis! Let’s say that some extreme rationalization was in order. Cellule has identified several issues through this case study, including a multitude of names to manage, a stolen and overused corporate name, a diluted mission and values, and so on. We have submitted recommendations but admit that this file still needs to be closed for lack of elves (client side) to follow up with Santa! We hope this analysis is not lying on a tablet buried under a pile of presents!
